The cleanliness, the spaciousness, the kitchen amenities was really good.

Everything was perfect, appreciated our perfectly pleasant stay. Booked a studio apartment with 2 bathrooms. The staff were excellent and amiable, gave us great tips. Our location was unbeatable and best possible in the Semperopera or Zwinger concerts.

The apartment impressed with its spacious layout and modern appliances. The master bathroom featured a sauna and jacuzzi. Excellent proximity to Zwinger Palace made exploring easy. Also appreciated the underground parking-very convenient! Had a small issue with the key access system during check-in, which caused initial stress. The limited breakfast options nearby were a minor inconvenience too. The apartment offered great value for families, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage.

While the apartment is spacious and well-furnished, I encountered a few issues . The unique key access system was confusing, leading to frustration during check-in, especially since I had to do it on my own. The lack of air conditioning became uncomfortable during warmer days, even with the fan provided.

We loved how spacious our Two-Bedroom Beautiful Apartment was, super comfy for two couples! The sauna was a cool surprise. Only downside, no air-conditioning. Great experience 🌟

The automatic doors made it easy to move luggage from the underground garage to our apartment, greatly appreciated. The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped for a family with children. The hosts prioritized customer comfort, everything was well organized and thought out. The modern appliances in the kitchen were a good feature for cooking meals together.

We stayed in the deluxe apartment, which was modern and quite peaceful. the balcony was a nice touch! the location was fantastic-just a short walk to all the places we wanted to visit. 😊.

Staying at residenz am zwinger aparthotel was fantastic! Our one-bedroom comfort apartment was clean and spacious, located right in front of the fine zwinger. It was just a 2-minute walk to the tram station. And two supermarkets just steps away was a huge convenience!
